Boujie Babe Design Policy

By booking any service, submitting payment, or filling out an intake form, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project.
  • No work will start until payment is received.
  • All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable.
  • Prices may change before booking but are locked in once payment is made.

2. Turnaround Times

  • Timelines vary depending on the service.
  • The turnaround period begins after all required details, content, and payment are submitted.
  • Rush services are available for an additional fee (if approved).
  • Delayed client responses, missing content, or unclear direction will extend the turnaround.

3. Communication

  • All communication must take place through email, intake forms, or approved messaging.
  • Clients must provide accurate details and respond in a timely manner.
  • If the client is unresponsive for 7 days, the project may be paused or closed without refund.

4. Revisions

  • Each service includes a specific number of revisions (usually up to two).
  • Revisions cover adjustments—not brand-new concepts.
  • Additional revisions require an extra fee.
  • Revisions do not extend turnaround time

5. The Design Process

Each project typically follows these steps:

  1. Client completes form + payment
  2. Concept is created
  3. Draft is sent for review
  4. Revisions (if included)
  5. Final approval + file delivery

If the client does not provide details, the designer will proceed based on best judgment.

6. Content Submission

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Correct spelling and business info
  • Brand colors, logos, or guidelines (if any)
  • Required images, text, or references
  • Any desired inspiration

Boujie Babe Media is not responsible for errors caused by missing or incorrect content.

7. File Delivery

  • Final files are delivered digitally via download link or email.
  • Editable source files (AI, PSD, Canva, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.
  • Standard formats like PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF are provided based on the service.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of design work, no refunds are given once the process has started.
  • If the client cancels, stops responding, or delays the project, no refund will be issued.
  • If Boujie Babe Media must cancel, a refund or credit may be provided depending on work completed.

9. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Final approved designs belong to the client after final payment.
  • Unused designs, drafts, sketches, and working files remain the property of Boujie Babe Media.
  • The designer may showcase completed work on social media, portfolios, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Edits After Completion

  • Changes requested after project completion count as new work and will require an added fee.
  • Clients are responsible for final proofing, sizing needs, and printing requirements.

11. Client Responsibilities

By booking, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary files
  • Approve design details before finalization
  • Communicate clearly and on time
  • Understand and follow this policy

12. Designer Rights

Boujie Babe Media may:

  • Decline projects that don’t align with brand values
  • End a project if a client is disrespectful or unresponsive
  • Charge for work outside the agreed scope
  • Update this policy at any time

13. Agreement

By moving forward with any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted Boujie Babe Media’s Design Policy.
